  1. Seems I hear a lot of guys wanting to trade a 10 for a 12. You'll be much happier with a 12. It's not too big for any river you are going to be on and you will appreciate the extra space. And I would recommend one that get's your butt up out of the water.
  2. It's always the same stupid question from the person in the back of the boat while I'm trying to fish, "Should water be coming up through this drain in the floor?"
  3. It’s an inside rant I have with Harps. He’s just twisting the knife.
  4. Not in Springfield. You have to smuggle it in apparently.
  5. I’ve made and fished some like that for Smallmouth. But I just used pine squirrel and foam. We’ll call mine the Moore-ish Mouse.
  6. Nice. I'm going to have to take you up on that offer sometime. I love gurglers and have caught all kinds of fish on them but haven't spent much time chasing trout with one.
  7. You had me at gurglers. I always like the Beaver tailwater, but it’s been a long time.
  8. With all the respect in the world, you don't have a clue about what you are talking about. Money does not put fish in the boat. It never has and it never will.
  9. Whatever works for you is what you is what you should use. But I gotta ask a question. How in the hell do you break a stick style transom saver. There hasn't been anything ever made that I could break and I don't recall ever having an issue breaking one or the motor ever moving either. Of course I never went far. Just to Mexico 3 or 4 times and Lake Fork 3 or 4 times a year. I guess I just don't understand why everyone is against the old ones. What does the new style offer that the old ones didn't? I understand you had issues aarchdale, so I don't blame you. But I just don't understand how the others could be better for your boat. Beyond the stuff Wrench states have any of you ever taken a physics class??? I mean the newer designs can't even be considered transom savers since they don't do a thing to take the stress off the transom.
  10. Well that's better than trying to put your boat on the trailer with the trolling motor down.
  11. Somebody is always catching them.
  12. It probably harms more than it helps. If I was out there I would never look at it. You gotta fish your game and forget about what everyone else is doing.
  13. Yep it makes it so simple even you could do it. Just drive right up and all the big ones just jump in the boat.
  14. Agreed. I have used one of the others but there was zero benefit in using it over the standard brace so it got tossed.
  15. can't fish.
  16. That’s exactly what it is. 4x4. And about 2ft deep. Little tall but maybe that will help keep DA out. Probably not though. I have a super sunny spot picked out. Just need dirt.
  17. I think a kill switch has saved me a couple of times. I'd rather wear a PFD and a kill switch than putt around the lake like a cranky old man.
  18. Going to try a small raised bed for tomatoes and peppers this year. Not sure that Charli is going to allow it though. I'm sure she will like to chew on those balls growing on that plant. Maybe the peppers will teach her a lesson.
  19. I saw that last night. What a buffoon.

You can just insert them from your gallery.
  21. Nope. Trump said you can't trust the brown ones.
  22. You guys need to hook these up to VR goggles. Maybe they will start adding a computer desk to the decks of bass boats.
  23. Stocking of rainbows would turn into feeding of browns.

It's up to you. Just didn't want you to show up and not have any bologna.
