I think these interviews, especially post game interviews are stupid. Nobody is ever going to give you a straight answer or show you their true feelings. Because when they do everybody dog piles. Can you remember one good thing ever said at a post game interview? Anyone? But everybody remembers one they consider being bad. It's just a bunch of pointless questions, asked by pointless people who are pissed off when they get a pointless answer.

As long as you guys keep buying them they will keep making them. Pretty good gig actually. Make a few changes. Give it an awesome paint job and a tough name. You guys will at least buy 3 or 4 a piece. Give it a year and start it all over again.

I agree withy most of this. But I will say that I don't think most players aren't trying to hurt anyone. A good solid, essentially meaningless hit on a QB can get in their head. Again not trying to end anyone's career or seriously hurt them. You don't have to destroy them to make the point. I've seen them totally fall apart when you put some pressure on them. I personally caused one to have an extremely bad game one night and never even touched the guy. However I did get flagged for tackling his coach and some other innocent bystanders. Yeah I gave them 10 or 15 yards but that boy was running scared the rest of the night and NOBODY ever touched him. But we were able to contain him with just me and another with everybody else being available for coverage. Yes this was just high school football, but it was at a high level and we were allowed to have a lot of fun and experiment with what we were doing on the field. And we found out that a well placed penalty here or there could really change the situation.

That is true. I would rather Denver never win but I was happy that Von Miller got MVP.

Yes please. That is awesome. Tell me how.

I did a quick trip and made it home in time to be bored to death by that. I still love football and the super bowl but that was just a bad game entertainment wise. But it was an awesome day. Caught some fish. Took some pictures. Made some pizza. Watched football. And I might have even grabbed the wife's butt. But now I'm sick and here comes Monday. Yaaaaayyyyy

Thanks. It was very good. I was even able to pull it off feeling like crap. I noticed on the drive home earlier I wasn't feeling well. Maybe going fishing this morning wasn't the best idea.

That's the problem. If you vote for who you are told to vote for everything will be fine. That's why I'm not playing their little games anymore.

It will be the last Football Pizza Sunday of the season. Im getting ready to start on the crust. Kids that have no desire to watch the game will be lined up right before kickoff to get them some of this. Chorizo is some good stuff in queso. Makes a dandy pizza topping too.

I came down for a bit on Saturday with my daughter. I have NEVER seen it that busy on a C&R weekend. Maybe it is on other nice days but that was just too many people for me. I'm not the best trout fisher in the world but I have always done well just hunting the active fish when they get real picky. It seems there is always 1 or 2 at the head of every pool that will attack a bugger or pine squirrel. It's not a guarantee but it humors me. But that approach means that you have to be able to just hop from pool to pool. That wasn't happening on Saturday.

Before my dad passed away I would say he was probably at the top of the list for netting fish. That guy had been fishing hardcore for a long time. Luckily I got drug along most of the time. We laughed about it over dinner that night. It was just a freak thing that happened. But it was on a fish that I should have never hooked in the first place. We had been fishing all day. The wind was blowing. The trolling motor was dead. It could not push us down the bank. It couldn't even hold us in place. My dad got the idea that he would fire up the outboard and just push me up the bank. He kept me far off the bank so I wouldn't get hung up as easily. I threw that rattletrap out there as far as I could and the wind gave me a big boost. About 3 turns into it that fish exploded. The wind is howling. No trolling motor. It was pretty chaotic. That fish won. I don't see why you can't also see the glory in your opponent winning from time to time. It wasn't the first time that one of us had lost a good fish in the other's presence and it wouldn't be the last. So we did what we always did. Got a steak and a beer and laughed our asses off.

It's not the only one that will go through it. I had one of those chrome rattle trap hooks get embedded in one while my dad was trying to net a double digit bass for me on lake fork. The fish saw that net and lost it's mind. Ended up getting one of the hooks stick in the net material but the fish was not in the net. We all know how that ended. Freak occurrence for sure. Still haunts me in my dreams.

Maybe a scholarship. Or the A Plus program. I know a lot of kids that have gone to school for two years for free because of the A Plus program. Don't make excuses for people not wanting to better themselves. I did it with no help from the government or my parents. I also worked 40 hours a week. Had a wife and one kid at the time. So I don't want to hear their bullshit about how they can't afford it. Is it easy? Nope. Don't think its supposed to be.

Second sentence I agree with. But you know that first sentence is a lie. And I'm not just talking smallmouth. You can't keep any bass out of Table Rock. Those are money fish. But it's not just bass. People are the same way with trout and a lot of other species. Maybe someday you will be as fortunate as me to have rocks thrown at you for putting a fish in your livewell. Or threatened to have you butt kicked for keeping a fish. This country needs to go back to everyone minding their own business as long as you aren't doing something illegal.

I'm going to get one for trout fishing since I have the old style and what Bill said made some sense on the trout. Even though I usually try to free them before needing a net. Used one while bass fishing for as long as I can remember. The lure tangling up is no problem with the rubber most of the time.

That seems to be okay for all the other forums. And you can't seem to stay away so it must be some what interesting.

I think I was the one that liked it. I thought it was funny, some people need to just lighten up Francis. I guess my only problem with that whole deal is having somebody tell me that I can't keep their pet fish. Fish that have laws saying I can keep this many fish out of that body of water. But I have to be treated like a little kid by someone with a huge ego. That doesn't want to protect the fish so much as protect his business. I have issues with that. You can't keep them because I need them for my clients. Or you can't keep them because we need them for our tournaments. We are worried about their health and safety until there is some money to be made. That's what you call a hypocrite. Oh well, doesn't matter to me. I won't be keeping any fish out of that lake anyways. It's at the bottom of my list of places to fish. Always has been, always will be.

I refuse to take a head count. That would be sad. What would be even sadder is realizing I use 3 or 4 of them about 99% of the time.

I'll give you $27 and a handful of flies that I stole out of your boat.

Nail their head to a board.

That is very true. He's just a bozo.

One tournament where quantity is more important than quality.
