My dad when we lived in Virginia he would take me out on the Potamic River for those big carp. We would tight line like you do catfish, the secret was he made up dough balls with sugar pops . We would catch 25 pounders what a fight -

4/12 flat creek had water temp of 63.7,south of bridgeport 60.7 . Had 6 keeper crappie about the same short left about 11 am. snakem out

Just wanted to let you all know a very good friend of mine passed away to day. Some of you guys know him, he was a very good fisher. He fished a lot of tournaments in CPA and AIA among lots of others. In 2006 I believe it was, he won the whole 9 yards in the CPA that year. Just want you all to have your prayers for his family Snakem Out

Put in at 9am today at viola. Water very stained temp.49.1. Worked are way up past sweetwater about 2miles water was getting better and warmer left at 1pm w.temp 53.9 not a good day for catching only 4 shorts on spinner 1 of them on a rattle trap in red and yellow belly Talked to 2 other guys leaving not a bite Snakem Out
