    I can see that the 2 cycle is the issue. I have a 2006 225hp that has been a really good outboard. The only problem I have had was having to replace the oil injection system. Ulrich did it and it was expensive! After that, I thought that my next boat would be a 4 cycle to avoid that unnecessary cost. Gone are the days of putting a quart of oil into a tank.

    I noticed huge schools of minnows yesterday with Bass chasing up into the shallows. Are those shad that have spawned?

    I took my boat to Aaron Kyle in Kimberling City. His business is Pro Polish Detailing. His number is 417-294-4162. The price depends on the length of your boat. He does a nice job on the hull as well as the interior.

    Hello All; I have been out on my boat a lot this year and thought I would have it all cleaned up before I have to put it away in storage. I usually do it myself but thought about getting it done.     I just saw KY3 reporting that Sen. Blount has called for a stop to the Corp. shoreline plan. This isn't over yet I hope.

    Conditions are very bad. Lot's of debris. It looks like the water is receding a little. The lake is up 20 feet in about a week.

    I went by the King's River on Thursday before the rain and it was very muddy. Must be worse now.

    There are guys out fishing this morning. It is hard to believe. I have been here since the 80's and have never seen conditions any worse than they are now. I am sure debris is everywhere on the water.

    We were visiting friends who live near the dam on Beaver Lake today. Their dock is already inaccessible due to high water. The FLW started today because of the forecast, they said. They said they haven't been releasing water into Table Rock. Hope it all turns out ok for everyone.

    I took mine to Branson Upholstery and they did a great job matching the color that was on the seats that I did not change. I would go back for sure.
