The Honda is not your typical motor for that boat. It is on there because Honda is one of Charlie's sponsors. That boat will typically come with a 250 Pro XS.
The development is coming slowly. They have had some vendor issues. Charlie Ingram got his last week. It is the one in the pics with the Honda motor. Kelly Power told me that as soon as he gets his he will be giving rides down at Aunt's Creek. I checked this am and his isn't finished yet. The boat is the old Champion 210 with Charger emblems on it. Kelly said it rides and handles just like the 210 did.
No I don't pull a boat behind. My wife pulls it with her Jeep.
Most of my camping is done at Stockton; Crabtree Cove or Cedar Ridge USACE and State Park DNR. I also like Dam Site USACE at Pommy.
I've seen some good used Shimanos sell lately. I bought 3 of the Curado G5s for $110 each a couple of weeks ago. The 5:1 is my choice for spinner baits and crank baits.
I have a 2001 with a 2002 Optimax 225, TE82 MG trolling motor the boat has lots of upgrades. Asking $16,500 without electronics and $18,000 with them.

Bronze Back SMRB12-CJB MOD-FAST one year old $175
IMX MBR783C MHF $75
I bought the Bronze Back for Ned rig fishing but as it turns out I really don't care much for Ned fishing.
Not necessarily. I have been catching them in the Orleans Trail area at night. Sometimes they are right on a windy bank. The females haven't spawned yet. They seem to be in the process though. The later we stay the more the females move in shallow.
That is a good report. I haven't found water that warm yet. I'm planning to launch at Campbell Pt. in the morning and fish some of the creeks. I doubt I get to Kings but it is possible.
Wow 30 bass this time of year and I thought we had had a bumper day catching 8 with 7 keepers including a 4.75 smallie on an A rig fishing between Mill and Cow.
