  1. None of them looked like kids to me and in several of the boats all three were fishing.
  2. Friday I was fishing on the lower end where there are normally few boats. There were boats every where and most of them had 3 guys in them. I noticed Crabtree Cove lot was nearly full of trucks as was the one on the Stockton side. There was a trailer that had Central Pro Am decals on it. Are they having 3 man tournaments now. Please explain what I saw.
  3. We used to do that along or at the end of bluffs. Normally set up in 25-30 fow.
  4. I use livestock panels.
  5. Don't use a "car" battery. Use a deep cycle made for trolling motors. Get one with a large reserve capacity, preferably 200. You can lengthen your time with 2 deep cycles that are hooked up parallel. That means run a jumper wire from + on battery 1 to + on battery 2 and another wire from - on battery 1 to - on battery 2. They both need to be the same size and age for good performance.

    Stockton 3/31

It may be the oil reserve tank float. My Opti did that a couple of years ago. A new upper oil tank took care of the problem.
  7. Where is St. Clair?

    Ruark

Why not put in at Mutton Creek or Rouark and avoid the run?
  9. When you mention possible record breaking, did you weigh her?
  10. I saw a boat at Pomme that had 2 on it. The owner couldn't say enough nice things about them.
  11. Get the bigger one. Mine is mounted in the middle just in front of my foot control. I had the smaller and it dropped down in rough water. The bigger one stays put. Once you get used to the T9 you won't need to touch it very often. Are you putting a lss ducer on the Tmotor?
  12. OK that was a brain fart. I was looking at the map that show all the lakes and I put a Stockton number with the BS numbers.
  13. Thanks. That's what I figured it would look like. So I guess I'll go north.
  14. Thinking of going down that way. I just looked and saw that Bull is about 857. Any one been and seen the water conditions? Is it muddy? Are there a bunch of floaters?
  15. Have you gone to their site to see which are compatible with your unit?
  16. Mine are all 3 1/2" and any color combination that I want as I make my own.
  17. Depends on where you are located. If anywhere close to Reed Springs call Bill at JWM Trailer Sales.
  18. Rain would help more than anything else.
  19. So do how you heat your jig heads? Do you hold them with the pliers or hemos while you are heating them?
  20. If you hold the jig by the hook eye with needle nosed pliers or hemostats you won't get any paint on the eye either and don't have to use the shrink tube. The Teflon pins are the way to go. You can leave them in the head while you bake the paint on them just pull them out when you take the jigs out of the toaster oven.
  21. Yes he was. You have to keep your fish separate or identifiable from any one else's fish. Theirs weren't. You can only give fish to another person after you have finished for the day. It is part of their possession limit not daily creel. You also have to give them your name address and license number along with the fish.
  22. wrench you might want to check on the rules for giving fish to another person. There is more to it than just giving fish away.
  23. Where is this place? Is it on the lake someplace or down around Branson? I've never heard of it.
  24. The water is open right now and the ramps and parking lots are clear. I drove around the southern part yesterday. There was a little ice in coves and Maize and Turkey were frozen up by the bridges but the main lake was open every where I went.
  25. I haven't seen him launch but I've seen Bob Bennett let his float around while he gets the truck. Then he brings it back and loads it up.
