  5. I was wondering how you did that, I wanted to do that myself. But I now see how the cylinder behind the head allows you a place to tie. My swing jig mold doesn't have that section.

Boneless short ribs (yes, an oxymoron) with Korean Kalbi sauce.....thanks JoeD! Joe is an Artisan foodie BTW
  9. I sometimes wonder if it's the contrast in colors? Or that they can see one color better. Perhaps you are doubling your chances of finding the perfect color for certain light conditions by using a two color bait.

  11. Thanks for the wonderful story. I'll pray for his family
  12. Not a small and light guy either. Will go small when things get tough, but not light too often. I want the reaction bite in clear water.

  15. That's great!
  16. Always helps with your fly open!!!
  17. LOL, you look like you just slew a dragon!

  19. The color of those smallmouth in the pictures seem different from Missouri. Maybe a little more pale?
  20. We have an older distinguished gentleman in the MSA that swears that the Panther Martin spinner is the greatest lure ever created.
  21. I've caught a 19" that weighed 3.2, and I've also caught a 19" that weighed 4.1. It just depends how fat they are.
  22. I've got to teach my children to hold on to some of the good things, but also grasp many of the new things. I also think it's important to travel outside the U.S., and show them how the rest of the world operates. It's a tough balancing act, being a parent in today's world.
  23. why heel yes! Pay at attention to the last 20 seconds
