  1. You're darn tootin, don't ya know
  2. McCarvers hatred toward the Cardinals is well documented. I know I will never forget him saying over and over after the Cards comeback against Texas...."How could this Happen?" he holds a grudge for being traded I guess. Very difficult to watch him and Joe Buck.
  3. Well, she's going home!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts. Awesome ending
  4. I'll try: No country for old men The Deer Hunter Lonesome Dove Fargo The Big Lebowski............. So three are Coen Bros.
  5. Come on man, Dylan's gone electric! ?
  6. My uncle Mitch was actually one of those guys in the forest who froze his feet in WW2. I love Band of Brothers
  7. LOL, well I'll speed up the cadence for you and hum "Walk this way" by Aerosmith? Hey, now that I think of it......was that song about walking the dog???
  8. Hewn, into the living rock....of Stonehenge
  9. No.6 You had to mention McCarver, I was having such a good night!! You aren't that bad...... http://youtu.be/8xdTYVxzEwI
  10. I'm jealous of people who love to fish alone, I can do it but just don't enjoy it as much as being with someone. I love the dialog
  11. I really can't stand to use a Sammy anymore, too much bobbing, I really like the sexy dogs and others, like the popper/walker combos
  12. For me the toughest part of the whole process, is the fact that your two hands are moving at a different cadence. Articulating the wrist back and forth is the easy part. The tough part is having your other hand on the reel and reeling it in at the right speed. It's kind of like patting your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time with at two different speeds. They biggest key for me is to make sure you're moving the rod tip by your wrist and not your whole arm, that way your wrist is the pivot point and has no lateral movement. Actually after watching Al, my technique improved greatly.
  13. Will we be able to post high def movies without going through YouTube?
  14. Spinal Tap is one of my all time favorites too! Stonehenge scene nails it for me!...."No One knew who they were, or... what they were doing"
  15. Encouraging news! Talked with Her granfather and he says Mya had a great night last night and her condition has improved fantastically. She is not out of the woods yet, but definately on the road to recovery. Thanks so much guys! you don't know how much this means to me and her family!
  16. Fantastic report Ness! You're setting a pretty high bar there guy! Tell the guide it was his fault for not catching the abrasion in your line!
  17. I'm the same way in the summertime, very fast, or I will slow it down with very hard twitches too. When i do the hard twitches, I think of the song Duke Duke, Duke, Duke of Earl, Duke Duke...Ha Ha but it works for me. Zipstick is the master of the late fall 50-55 degree topwater cadence. I've been amazed by him ( and I know you have too) on how cold of water temps that he is able to still get a topwater bite. He slows down and even stops completely.
  18. Thanks guys, I'll keep you posted
  19. At the end of your life, you're not going to remember how much money you made, or how many fish you caught. Only the love from your God and your family.
  20. Mya
  21. Meet Chloe, She don't need no stinking boat. As you can see, she kills deer with reckless abandon.
  22. Brevity is the soul of wit!! Well played sir!
  23. Update: On meds for pain and to relieve swelling. But improving slowly. They think it is viral meningitis. It has to run its course. I put the word out with a church friend and have had several hundred people praying. You and I both know that power of prayer....thanks so much She's not out of the woods yet though
  24. Or, as my friends Chesapeake did while we were duck hunting.....with toilet paper still attached ?
  25. Sporting his Cardinal colors?
