  1. I'm sure the author had a couple of well rehearsed responses ready to go depending on the situation ( I would have), and I do think the vegan was trying to push the buttons a little. I've also seen how people in political "town hall" forums tend to get a little crazy when they stand in front of a microphone. I guess they think they are going to end up on their political party's website as a hero.
  2. Welcome, enjoy the ride!
  3. Both people in the video could have gone to the dark side but chose the high road. Behind a keyboard you can go the wrong direction more easily
  4. I like the background a little better, hope he released them
  5. BTW, looks like Old Crowbar done seen a Sasquatch!!!!
  6. My apologies, it was the spring that had lots of water and suitable for a jet boat
  7. Tjulian-Here are a couple of pics of the reel seat. Gavin, looks like you need to teach me how to build a rod!
  8. We fished the Hardy area not long ago. The South Fork is a big river in that area, a jet boat would work great on that river.
  9. Yeah, never been a fan of fishing shows, kind of like these new scripted reality shows or professional wrestling. Like Tim Smith said about the Hank Patterson video, "Finally a fishing show I can watch!"
  10. Beautiful pics! Makes me wonder what you could do with a pointer minnow on that stretch.
  11. KFC just announced they are removing all bones and going all boneless so they are easier to eat. Why don't they just give us a blender and a funnel??? You can't make this stuff up!
  12. Update: While Al was at the Classic, he picked me up a rod that should fit the bill pretty well.....But it just so happens I was at Bulls Eye bait and Tackle in OFallon and found a perfect rod there too. It's a 6' fast tip medium rated from 1/16-1/2 oz. It's a very light and sensitive rod that loads well and still has enough backbone to drive the hook home. Great thing is it's built in Collinsville, IL 40 minutes from my house. The price was $150. Between this rod and the one Al picked up for me I should be set! But I was just about ready to have Hoglaw build me one!...Oh well here's the link: http://www.broutlawrods.com/home.html BTW, I got the BR60M 6' model
  13. Could be wrong but this has live bait written all over it! Hope Paul Dallas doesn't find out about this or there will be hell to pay
  14. Good job man, working on something like that with another bait
  15. Nice fish but it doesn't look like old crowbar released them.
  16. Wow is right! They are very good together!!
  17. New state record then!!! Wonder if it was up by the 67 bridge on the St Francois? Dont know if Otter creek is near there
  18. I did just razzing ya
  19. FYI, decimate means reducing something by 10%
  20. Snicker snicker
  21. Threads sometimes change course through no fault of anyone...
  22. Here comes the big X....I guess I've never understood that eliminating an unborn child was a private bedroom issue.
  23. I've always been partial to a zoom finesse worm or 4" lizard. What are your favorites? How deep will you fish yours? And how far do you like to place the sinker away from the plastic bait? Do you like to use floating baits?
  24. The little guys in the womb?
