This story is 100% true also An old member of the Missouri Smallmouth alliance, Norm Leppo passed away a couple of years ago at 93 years old I believe. Norm was a good friend. Before he could quietly get out of the situation, his mom grabbed him by the arm and pulled him over to Admiral Nimitz. She introduced him to Admiral Nimitz by saying “Norm, this is Chester…he’s in the Navy too!!!”

Ignorant decisions and comments come from both sides of the fence. These companies today are failing because of DEI, total waste of money and time for any company. If someone is harassing a person then they should be fired. And that comes from both sides.
