  2. Nice report
  3. Nice report haris122. I didn't make it to M.T. chores came first.
  4. I work Sundays otherwise I would PM you to go with. I'm still planning on a trip tomorrow, will report if I make it.
  5. I'm gonna try for the 107 ramp on Tuesday, I if I can get my chores done on Monday
  6. I have fished m.t. from a canoe. And have had good days as well as slow days. The wind wakes can make it a huge challenge, I would pick my launch according to wind direction so I didn't have to fight it.
  7. Nice report. Mark twain can be fun
  8. Nice.
  9. I use to take the kids out there nearly every day in the mid nineties. We catch allot of nice fish and more dinks, always from the shore. We thought it had allot of fishing pressure then, but still managed some exciting times. I really ought to go give it try again. Usr to live 10 mins away, now it's 40. Thanks for the info. Good luck
  10. Looks like it'll work. Good luck, wacka duck!
  11. it should be painful when they earn their Darwin award. It has been when I've earned mine.
  12. I have had some luck for teal on the Missouri, the Mississippi and lakes (like Mark twain, Thomas hill and table rock) But generally do better in the shallows in bottom land swamps, like Ted Shanks, eagle bluffs, mtc, Columbia bottom and bk leach. On the smaller creeks and rivers I loose sight of them in the background, so unless they decoy down I don't get a shot.
  13. I have had to leave the dry bag at the truck on some outings, but the fire kit goes everywhere with me when it thinks about dropping below 60. I had alota of fun hunts and fishing in some out of the way places in the kayak. I made my own layout so I could take my dog with me. That added a whole new meaning to bring the extra clothes!
  14. I haven't fished at Busch in a while. Use to really like 33. Have they done any habitat work for 33?
  15. Sounds great to me. I like fishing that section of the lake. And a fella could Gerry a duck or two when the season opens on thanks giving. Cast and blast
  16. Very cool pic.
  17. We were fishing on Tuesday morning too. Dad and I Along with my nephew were having a pretty good time dragging scuds, 1/8 white jigs, ava night crawlers. We would run up to fall creek and drift down to trout hollow then repeat. We boated a nice number of bows and a half dozen browns, nothing really but stocker size. Did boat one 21in brown at the hole at fall creek, And managed a small electrical fire from the trolling motor plug at the same time as netting the brown. Then the rain hit and we went home soaked.
  18. +1 with all the kayak hunters. I currently use a homemade layout boat, grand pass style. Use to use a old town predator. I always took a change of clothes in a water tight bag and a emergency fire starting kit. I've had to use them, And I learned it the hard way to take these with me.
  19. Awesome
  20. Makes you wonder
  21. thanks for the report
  22. Still fun to watch
