  1. have you fished cold spring access on the spring river? the lake above the hatchery? allegedly they have a good population of buffalo.
  2. what are you looking to catch down there?
  3. for inflating, I highly suggest using one of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V1LCKX9?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_11 we have two, and they work excellent. It is two stage, it uses a blower to 1psi, then a compressor above it.
  4. Absolutely beautiful fish!
  5. how was the fishing? you throw white jigs?
  6. CC is a fickle body of water. had this not been one of the wettest years on record They probably would have found a ton of skinny fish. I am glad the fishery is doing well. anything that keeps pressure off my local river is good to me.
  7. yah the weather wasnt bad and the fishing was phenominal
  8. That was a great weekend for sure!
  9. oh I completely took it wrong lmao
  10. first I am hearing of this. seems kinda shicken chit to only call people things behind their back though
  11. Nah she probably will be fine with someone else doing it. If the place you find is over $15 each though let me know, she can do it cheaper.
  12. I talked with @LittleRedFisherman about this, and we believe this year is number 12 or 13. a t-shirt would be cool. my wife can make them *******edit****** I searched the forum and the first year looks like it was 2013 so this year makes year 12.
  13. sounds great!
  14. No confusion here. I am very well versed in the evaporative fridges used in campers. I have never operated one on 12v, only 110 or gas. the small amount of time I have used my ARB fridge I have been extremely impressed. I could only see using a evaporative fridge if your somewhere where power is inaccessible, but you can carry propane to.
  15. Interesting that 120v it will keep up but not 12v. Honestly these new compressor fridges make the evaporative fridges obsolete. both our small fridges were sitting outside(in the shade) all weekend this past weekend in Oklahoma, and had no issues keeping at the desired temps
  16. thats great to hear Phil! Maybe we can get some more traditional december weather like the early jigfest's
  17. I have word from @WoundedOne that he is coming to jigfest, and I believe @N9BOW will be there as well.
  18. I have a friend with one of these bougeRV fridges, its comparable in size to yours I think, and it works great. I got a stellar deal on a ARB 60qt fridge/freezer and absolutely love it. Your camper fridge, why was it off while traveling?
  19. yah and no gummies for milo this time!
  20. Starting a thread early this year so no one has an excuse!! Cedar gables already booked for December 11-14 (thurs-sun). This year marks the 13th year(I think). Already had commitments from @Terrierman @Daryk Campbell Sr DJ, Ray, @Ryan Miloshewski who is bringing at least one with him, along with big hand rob, White brandon, and not 100% sure on the others from our text group. Also planning on making his triumphant return.... @LittleRedFisherman If we fill cedar gables they have other accommodations available. It would be great if we could get another big group like we used to see pre-covid.
  21. I almost died saturday morning, so I may disagree.
  22. the ying and the yang
  23. cedar gables would have been a SUPERFUND site just the same if that bomb was dropped!
