  1. Actually no, this is something we have dealt with. 2009 H1N1 virus infected 60.8 million(CDC numbers). Of course the spanish flu as well as others. Do you know anyone with a severe peanut allergy? Its actually far more serious than Covid. You could eat some peanuts, go into a room hours later and they could have an anaphylactic reaction, so actually its a very good analogy. I wear a mask when required, but being I live where I do, I am able to stay the mandated 6ft away 90% of the time, which of course does not even matter since I have had the virus.
  2. Being a liberal I expect exaggeration. Obviously you do not believe that we will have a Covid pandemic for the rest of your life. If you are high risk, it is YOUR responsibility to take precautions. It is not my responsibility. Anyone with an immunodeficiency issue has dealt with this for years. Using your logic, if you are allergic to peanut butter, they should ban anyone from having it because it may affect you, which of course is asinine.
  3. if high risk people are being infected by low risk people its because they are not taking proper precautions.
  4. The hand washing thing is hilarious to me. People act like they never had any idea washing hands was good for you before this. Thats a great question, and I am not sure if I have a threshold to put a line at. At this point I would say just "more". I am from the country, we invented social distancing. I feel sorry for you poor suckers stuck in the city and living on a cul de sac
  5. You should work for the media, your ability to propagandize is legendary. the issue we really have is HIGH risk people(over 65, multiple underlying issues) are not quarantining. If they were this would be a non issue.
  6. Hiding in your bathroom when a tornado hits your house is as effective as a cloth mask at catching a virus, thanks for proving masks are ineffectual
  7. Hard to be a spreader when I have already had it. I quarantined while positive.
  8. I wear a mask when required, which thankfully it is not anywhere around mountain home. I have already had covid, and was not concerned before, and definitely not now.
  9. yes, should be identical
  10. You can shorten it yourself, its not hard.
  11. Thanks for the info Al. The water was too clear, I guess just because there had not been rain, not because the flows were low. Regardless I had a great time.
  12. that day the flow was below the average for that day.
  13. My issue was the water was too clear. Made fishing rough.
  14. It was cold, the end. Consistent 38 degrees and 14mph wind. I took two of my younger adopted siblings fishing and we went back behind the hatchery. They mainly fished with powerbait. I fished a 3/32 olive ginger zigjig under a thingamabobber. Caught 3 trout and one thick 14" smallmouth(big wound??) . They caught two trout and a sunfish. Water was a little off color(even for the spring) and flowing well. We still had a good time.
  15. I am wanting to do some fishing while in branson, anyone want to go? figured I would at least try here.
  16. cleared out my inbox, sorry! I will be in branson this weekend as well. when are you going to be there?
  17. Wow thats awesome phil!
  18. I sit corrected, although technically since we didnt get a picture of the fish from the other day I could still be correct 😅
  19. I figure redfish given the time of year.
  20. old topic but if you are still wanting to fish it shoot me a pm.
  21. Thats great to hear Phil! You probably saw redfish, amberjack normally are offshore fish.
  22. I had a great time once we got moving. I just installed a new liner in my intake and got it too tight apparently 🙄 but once we got that situated the boat performed great. I caught a trout on the first cast, and we caught 80% of our fish in the first 30 minutes of the trip. No size to speak of, we even trailered and went to a different launch. The river was low IMO, there were a few spots almost too skinny to run.
  23. you coming to mountain home anytime soon??
