Saturday was a rough one for me for sure. We boated more fish in the hour and a half we fished sunday than all day saturday. We definitely tested the limitations of the boat as well! I will post the video in another thread.

The only thing I can tell you is the water comes up QUICK, and without warning. Expect the water to be turned on during peak usage times(6-10pm, 6-10am)

I think that will be perfect. @N9BOW is making pulled pork for friday I think. I am making smoked chicken wings. I also have a couple packages of smoked sausage and hotdog buns we could have either night. I bet we don't go hungry

Reviving this thread. Looks like about a dozen people friday night, possibly 10 saturday night? I got about 5lb of wings to smoke for friday. Planning on bringing smoked sausage for saturday.

I 100% agree with that as well. We could use some more people, it looks like at least on friday we have an abundance of boats.

They have canceled anything and everything that constitutes large crowds here...EXCEPT shopping. Apparently all the wal-marts were packed(hearsay, I would never go). One thing to keep in mind is a high percentage of people who contract this deadly disease have no idea they have it because they show no symptoms(put me in that list). We still do not even know if asymptomatic people are communicable. I definitely understand wearing masks, but if your high risk you need to be more careful.

@Al Agnew How would we have "taken it seriously"? Every state has had a mask order for months. You yourself said lockdowns/quarantines don't work, so what else is there? It sounds insensitive to say high risk people need to quarantine, but if you look at it pragmatically that is the only solution that gets life back to "normal"

Honestly what makes this forum great is you telling us on here that your paying for it has no affect on how many people are coming. I have never seen anyone be a freeloader on this forum and thats why I am still on it.
