    I wont be buying a new boat for a while, maybe ever. I really like cash, and I cant bring myself to buy a new one. Go four stroke, they are awesome, I love my mariner. I swear it makes gas instead of uses it.

    I love my boat, 42" bottom, one livewell is dry storage, extended front deck with trolling motor mount and seat mount, strengthened front bulkhead. I wouldnt give that for a used boat. I REALLY like those topwater boats.

    I use coat-it by goop. works great, much cheaper than steel flex or gluvit, and you can reapply without removing all of it. it wont work well on a canoe, because canoes flex too much. maybe on a aluminum canoe.
