I love to see pics like this... and hear about these trips. Thanks for sharing.

Big ones came on jerkbaits. Shocking. Boy, truer words have never been spoken. I know it's not pretty fishing, in the classic fly-fishing "A River Runs Through It" sense, but, it sure can be effective on those big browns. Well, at least you're out there doing it, I'm sure not. Thanks again.

I don't see senior in any of the pics, and the group looks smaller than normal...

Ness, Senior passed the torch to Jr. this year. He still floats Baptist to Parker about every month of the year..but he's in his late 60's now and he's made it clear that he prefers a smaller group and warmer weather. Who can blame him after 30 years of winter floating?

We had a bunch missing this year. Just a WAG but the float always goes on the first weekend after New Year, and I think a lot of folks had other committments due to New Years Day falling on a Friday. Cheers.

You have a ton of gear. Do you take all that down river in the canoes, or do you have a base camp shuttling vehicles? Is that a wall tent and a wood stove? That's not exactly roughing it. Cool Stuff.
