fishinwrench Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Got a new job for ya, SKMO ... I can give you admin privledges and you can go in and edit everyone's posts for grammer and punctuation. Phil, If he doesn't want the job I'll take it. Does it pay by the hour, or is it piece work ? May I request extra for substituting cuss words with Shucky-derns and Dadgummits ?
arsenal1477 Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 SKMO...you had me rolling around. Thanks for the advice. Off to see if Lohse can get his first win of the season for the cardinals. Hope the fishing is still rocking down there.
Chris Tetrick Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Hey Everyone! Let's all start keeping them 5# black fillets. I heard their pretty good! Not as tasty as the smallmouth, but beats the K.Y'.s Nothing like them big trophy fish fillets, where their so thick you can burn them on the outsides and their raw on the inside. UMM!!! Way to go! glennL Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 This may not qualify for this posting. But I was fishing Lake Michigan for Koho and as we were motoring out with the guide, I saw the rod bend and asked him if I should reel it in. I did and caught 2 huge koho's on the same rod within minutes of leaving port. Needless to say, the rest of the day I had to wait for my 3 other friends to catch or miss fish. Later in the day, as two of my friends were sick over board from the waves, i saw the rod bending and starting reeling, even thou it wasn't my turn. Guess what? There were 2 huge Koho's on the rod. So, on the way out to the fishing spot I caught two and about 9 hours later when it was my turn again, within minutes caught 2 again. 4 fish for the day for me, within minutes. A total of 5 fish for the day for all of us.. I was glad to see that both the guys were getting sick, otherwise i would have had to wait all night. The funny thing was, that both the guys getting sick were both in the navy for 20 years. Glenn
