Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted September 4, 2006 Root Admin Posted September 4, 2006 Wayne is right... it's great that anyone wants to post a detailed report on any forum but do expect to find someone in your spot(s) in the future. Just as long as you understand this- no one here is going to slap a hand... unless you happen to post a secluded spot that's dear to someone's heart. How many times have I've been griped at for reporting a white bass run... a crappie spot... a hot walleye hole... by friends... guides... I get the silent treatment for days. LOTS! Prime example was the white bass run at Moonshine this summer. Word of mouth is one thing but post it on OAF??!! Don't you dare!!
Bill Babler Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 Right as rain on all most all accounts, however check out this weekends Table Rock Lake Report, Have already had two calls telling me they fished these SPECIFIC LOCATIONS, and caught fish. Phil is right, alittle to much info on the fourm and we get ourselves in big trouble from those giving us the info. ie, guides out there everyday trying to make a living. We both keep this in consideration and just try to give the correct baits and locations that are similar or from our own personal knowledge, if we give specicic spots. The bass on Taney are extremely well known, most folks just don't care to fish them. This is a trout driven fourm on taney. Even though bass can be good, on taney, trout are the king. Just a guess, but I bet you'll still be able to fish your favorite spots in Bull Creek, next time you go. And thanks a bunch, we love to hear about great fishing anywhere. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

snagged in outlet 3 Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Come on Guys. I'm still waiting for an offer to go bass fishing in somebodies boat. Throw a brother a bone. Snagged.
Rusty Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 SSSSHHHH Snagged, be vewy, vewy quite. We're going bass hunt'n. LOL...Come on people, it's not like there is only one fish in the lake. Now space might be a little different. But have you looked at the Branson area lately. It is a little crowded. The next thing you know, the only fishing comments that will be posted are, you need a boat, and a pole. Now that is going to narrow it down. I have an uncle that would not tell you if the fish were even biting, much less what they are biting on. I just chuckle everytime I talk to him.
