Largemouth Bass Marinade - Kills The Gamey Flavor

I catch a lot of LMB, however, I don't care for the taste of it.  I'm finding that most folks I know think it has a gamey / pondwater /mossy taste.  I agree!
I came up with a marinade that kills the gamey flavor, and now Me, my wife, & kids enjoy eating what we once couldn't stand.  I made a video and put it on you tube.  Let me know what you think.

He might kill them fish to the point of extinction. Ban all fish limits and make it illegal to do something legal. Give it a rest people it aint none of your business.

He asked what people thought. I don't understand eating (or drinking) something that has to be flavored up to make it taste decent enough to bother catching, keeping, cleaning, preparing, flavoring, cooking, eating. (or buying) and he pointed out himself, that he doesn't find the fish flavorful, which I fully agree with, which goes to my second point of why bother keeping a fish that doesn't taste good. at least I didn't go on my usual rant about how all of the fish contain toxic and harmful levels of a long list of chemicals thanks to specific companies... whoops.

concerning the marinade, I think it's a great idea and I look forward to trying it out myself. Great job.

Bass taste pretty darn good to me without anything special. I've always thought it funny, how so many people have a delicate taste bud for fish. Had some fried fish and bait last night. Catfish and chicken livers, yummy!

My favorite meal at Pasta House is linguine and chicken livers! It's that kind of meal that allows the heart doctors to buy their summer homes!
