They had been wanting to arrest or detain any and everyone that came and gone from there for so long...I surprised it didnt happen sooner.

Its a wonder they hadnt just torched the property.

Here you go. Plead guilty in court and forfeited property in exchange for a plea deal. This guy had some high morals, pot, LSD, and shrooms were OK. NO Crackheads, Methheads, Heroin Addicts, or Hot Rod cars on his property. Never been there, but it may have been interesting. At least the Bricks allows Nitrous in the Hot Rod 4 Wheelers.

Looks like we have a new campground on the Current River. Maybe they will start a Mountain Lion Ranch there....Or a turd bug sanctuary.

The place belongs to the taxpayers now, free camping as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure some alphabet agency out there would beg to differ, but piss on them. If they'd wanted the festival cleaned up, they had probable cause to go in there and clean it up. Instead they waited until they had a case to seize the entire property. More than likely it'll get sold to somebody's brother-in-law for pennies on the dollar.

JD, just because someone pleads to it, doesn't mean it actually happened. You'd plead guilty to killing your own mother if the Feds had your stones in a vice.

I can see the scenario now. Federal prosecutor throws all kinds of scary charges with long sentences at him that he knows will never stick, tells him we'll have your farm and your money too while you rot in prison. Then he offers him a "great deal" where he pleads out to a lesser charge and keeps the money but loses the farm.
