I don't own a boat or drink very much but I thought I would give everyone a heads up in case this might be relevant to others. (sorry if this is a repost and I missed it)

Huh? Since when is it illegal to drink and paddle?

No illegal limit for floaters, they are always out looking for stupidity, which sometimes is illegal. If there was a paddling under the influence all the jails would be full from Noel to Eminence AND BEYOND!

Also, this past weekend, I heard from 2 different resort owners that they apparently have use of 2 or 3 highway patrol dogs now too. They float them down the river and search whomever the dog hits on. spread the good word, all of us know someone this might pertain too.

you can't exercise freedom anywhere now. wish they'd concentrate on taking down child molesters and sex offenders as much as they did people enjoying themselves on the river.

It is Ironic there are numerous post on here about needing more enforcement and here we have it and now people are concerned about it. I see this as a good thing, it may well save a few lives and keep people from being stupid when the word gets out.

The thing is; the saturation attempts are about building revenue, .08 is not dangerously hammered, it is mildly buzzed. In my insignificant opinion if you have to make someone blow into a machine to tell if their "overly intoxicated".....then you should prolly just leave them alone and allow them to enjoy themselves.
