although things look bad, most of the "bad" weather is forecast well east of Tulsa. It looks like they will have no snow/ice. Cold on Friday and then warming. Mid Missouri eastward looks to get the brunt of this system, if it happens. The NWS is a govt agency and they are forefront in forecasting. They haven't got much right this winter though. Wake up and look out the window.
