Champ188 Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Bundy is from Harrison, AR. A few years ago after he and Hagood won the Buddy Bass for one of their multiple times, I asked a very respected tournament fisherman from Harrison if he knew anything about him. His answer was that Bundy has pretty much been blackballed from fishing any tournaments on Bull Shoals.

Feathers and Fins Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Do a web search on the two of them together, makes ya go hmmm why aint these tow guys PRO'S because they seem to always place very high in tournaments. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
1969Larson Posted May 12, 2013 Posted May 12, 2013 Come on, guys. Give 'em the benefit of the doubt. But just for fun... why not just follow them around next time? We have enough boats on this forum.. and some skilled outdoor photographers with the right gear.
Stump bumper Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 Come on, guys. Give 'em the benefit of the doubt. But just for fun... why not just follow them around next time? We have enough boats on this forum.. and some skilled outdoor photographers with the right gear. Hard to follow someone when there is no launch site or time. That tournament is only good for promoting local business and the only time I fish it is when a sponsor needs another boat, then I feel ripped off on the gas I use that day. Just go out about 4am and count the boats already on the water next year....
Members GENTLE Posted May 13, 2013 Author Members Posted May 13, 2013 Best part is, Bundy is on Facebook saying 4-5 lbers just came up schooling all around them first thing that morning, all LMB. How many times has anyone seen 4s & 5s schooling on Beaver and be able to catch 22 lbs worth of em??!! Them being from around Bull Shoals, I wonder where they ever got that idea from?? Ah la Jason Christie last month in the Elites. I hate to dog on someone so bad, but for more than a decade now this has been going on. Every single year they are in the top 3, there's a reason locals on their own lake won't let them fish tourneys.
Members Afton Judkins Posted May 13, 2013 Members Posted May 13, 2013 They took the polygraph. I was standing by the trailer when they were called back. Impressive catch for sure
sfiser Posted May 13, 2013 Posted May 13, 2013 they have won some stuff on table rock as well, like the AIA shootout. They may be just dang good fisherman if the passed the polygraph and are winning other tourneys that do livewell checks, polygraphs, etc
