Sorry that your truck was abducted Chief. It could be worse...My old vehicle was stolen from a friends driveway during a week long fishing trip to Canada years ago. They found it in the city impound lot after it was wrecked and abandoned in N. St. Louis. I don't think that the police even looked for the dirt bags. Not enough damage to total it.

Yep, this very true. I was the victim of hit/run. This young gal was traveling the same direction as me, but on the wrong side of the road....still to this day don't how she did what she did. Long story short I had to have friends run the plates, get me the address, and approach her myself. she paid for damages, admitted she was drunk etc. I got my car fixed and let it go, but the police did nothing even when I showed them pictures of her car and gave them her address!
