I read they were going to put up barricades to keep people from using accesses that cost no money to keep open? Don't know if it's true so don't attack the messenger.

Anyone gotten clarification on this? You can be on the river, or can't you? And you can use the accesses, just not park there? Not all accesses have a gate and how the heck would they enforce this with furloughed rangers?

You did sign a contract for a certain amount of time until it comes up for bid again.
