Quillback Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Any colors that you Table Rock crankers would recommend? One of the versions runs at that 6 -8 foot depth, in other words, in the Wiggle Wart range. I like the red and green crawfish versions, but would be interested to hear other opinions. http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Yamamoto_Chikara_Crankbait/descpage-YCC.html
abkeenan Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 I don't see anything special about these new GYCB cranks. I'll stick to the wiggle warts which are half the price.

Quillback Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 I like to give the fish a different look at times, they see a lot of warts.
abkeenan Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 I like to give the fish a different look at times, they see a lot of warts. This is true. But I also see a lot of cheeseburgers and I rarely turn one down when it comes by my face.
Flysmallie Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 This is true. But I also see a lot of cheeseburgers and I rarely turn one down when it comes by my face. Exactly!!!
*T* Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 QB, They look good, vg colors, 1/2 oz & good hooks...recipe for success. Would like to see them in action. Not ready to compare to WWart which has as solid of a reputation as there is on TR, but as always with new baits I am interested. Guest Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 thats an interesting bait, but Im not big on flashy colored crawdad crankbaits. I like them dull or matte, like most wiggle warts. Its a personal preference though and that might apeal to certain anglers. Whatever gives you the most confidence is the best color, IMO
GNSfishing Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Just remember these lures are made to lure 2 species man and fish in that order..... I remember the Lazy Ike new lure called the Natural Ike, I bit and bought several which were a very good looking lure but 1 out of 5 would run straight never caught a thing on them finally gave up and trashed caned them..
Quillback Posted October 2, 2013 Author Posted October 2, 2013 This is true. But I also see a lot of cheeseburgers and I rarely turn one down when it comes by my face. But you're not a fish. And if one of those cheeseburgers stuck a hook in your nose, you'd probably be a little more cautious in the future.
