The Netherlands women can match up fine with the Swedes and Iceland has some very fine looking females, though they talk really wierd there. Canada at least used to make some really fine beer, probably still does, and, having seen it with my very own grossed out eyes, those Vienna sausages at least the ones in cans, mostly come from a factory in Ft. Madison Iowa.

I am told by knowledgeble folks that the sausages do, however, make good bait for monster catfish on the Ohio and Miss rivers.

Let's just cherry pick:

Japan -- electronics, table-side food prep/knife tricks

Switzerland -- cheese, chocolate, scenery

Germany -- beer, cured meats

Denmark, Hong Kong, Finland, Netherlands, Singapore -- I got nothing

Austria -- Vienna sausages

France -- they've got some good stuff, but there's always a catch

Sweden -- blondes, meatballs

Belgium -- beer, shotguns

Canada -- comedians

Well you can all unpack now. I do not believe you really had a worry. Had it come midnight i think the president would have invoked his powers under the constitution and raised the debt ceiling himself. I am sure the tea party would have tried to Impeach him then. Bunch of darn fools they are.

I have a real suspicion what we just went through was the start of the nut jobs trying to take over. And they blew it big time.

I broke my self-imposed ban on listening to cable news for this special occasion. It was hilarious to hear the nonsense. Both sides making the exact same arguments as the other side: 'they won't negotiate'; 'they shut down the government'; 'they're acting for political reasons, not for the people'; 'we could end this today'; 'they're risking financial calamity...'

Was there any doubt in anyone's mind that this would turn out just about like it did? (pssst. look )

We should all be disgusted with the whole group -- not just whatever side we lean towards. There appears to be NOBODY in DC that has the brains, clout, power, charisma, leadership -- whatever -- to lead this country out of the quagmire and towards more productive and prosperous times. Time to get rid of them all.

Well you can all unpack now.

Why bother? Just make sure your stuff has expiration dates after Jan 15.
