My house is going on the market sooner than I thought so we have a lot of work to do, and my mom and step-father are planning to come see us and can only come that weekend. I'm sorry we will miss the trip. We will try to get up there this spring before the weather gets warm and the crowds get thick.

Those days are over for me. I have the freedom to wait for the weather to cooperate. I'm hoping my buddy will go too. Pete

Don't mix this up with the seminars I'm putting together in Springfield, which I have already booked 3. Waiting on a few others before announcing the whole slate.
