Hopefully it will thin out the ticks and armadillos.

As of last week, 6 out of 6 bee hives have survived the winter. But it looks like we are probably going to get another month of winter the way things are going.

Guy I work with just got his first hive last year, lost all the bees a few weeks ago.

Winter storm watch already issued for Saturday thru Monday....good times.

I'm worried about the ice forecast. I've become real fond of electricity over the years.

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

With all the frozen ground etc i bet they are starving. The MDC claims they cannot take our winters because they do not store food. I got to wonder though. those are very adaptable animals. My daughters neighbor shot one in her yard about two weeks ago on the top of a high hill in Herman Mo. I also have a spot a suspect spot in the yard.

I found 2 dead during the snow in Dec and have shot 2 on the farm since. There is no shortage.

We do need the rain. Last time I checked ramps on Diversion Channel, there was about 15 foot of gravel past the end of the concrete and not enough water to run or launch a boat. I was looking to get out for some walleye,
