Members LunkerB Posted May 22, 2014 Members Posted May 22, 2014 Not personally. Back in high school I remember being at a couple parties that were obviously out of hand and when the police came to break it up, they always brought out the dog. It was overkill and always reminded me of being the same breed that had attacked and threatened me numerous times. Maybe I'm just being tough on shepards. I know they can be great dogs but only after being trained properly. Pitbulls are no different. If not neutered and trained at an early age they are pieces of crap. Take the Cesar Milan for example. His best dog was a 100 lb pitbull that was properly trained. That really makes me think the breeds that are known to be violent need extra training or all of them, not just pitbulls, need to be outlawed.
ness Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 So -- Mitch, how's your little fly-tying-material-eating Chloe coming along? And what's new with the neighbor and the perp'? John
Mitch f Posted May 22, 2014 Author Posted May 22, 2014 So -- Mitch, how's your little fly-tying-material-eating Chloe coming along? And what's new with the neighbor and the perp'? My little Chloe is back to normal.... As far as the neighbor goes, He has been issued 2 tickets and has a court date on June 9th, I believe. He still has the dog because I can hear her barking inside their house. I'll wait until the court hearing before I plan to make my next move. No communication with him, and he has not offered to pay the vet bill. "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
Quillback Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 I'm really surprised they did not impound that dog.
