Goggle-Eyed Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Yeah, they literally get it wrong every single time, irregardless. adding to fingernails on a chalkboard for me is "irregardless"... my 8th grade grammar teacher would give you an F on any paper you used that grammatically incorrect word! Guess it stuck with me...

Old plug Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Ness that was when you was in the 8th grade now the glovers are all off on grammar. some people speak perfectly other do not. In our society now days there are so many variation I guess just best to understand the meaning. I never did like the very formal artificial stuff that makes you feel like your talking to a robot. I call that yuppie yipping. I do not even like to be around them.
ollie Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 How about "my bad". I hear that one all the time now. Drives me crazy! "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!

David Unnerstall Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 Actually, the correct terminology has been changed to "hoosiers" No, no, no! A "hoosier" is an urban redneck. Typically from South St. Louis.
