Old plug Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 coosa that will happen. on the other hand I caught a 5 about week and half ago that just touched 20. but he was shaped like a football. I guess a lot of it just depends on the individual fish. I just kind of used to base the success of my season on how many that I caught that size. I a, about to give that up. I am to old and tired of worrying about chasing big bass.

I caught a 22" rainbow on opening day of trout season at Meramec Springs this year that only weighed 2.95. It was an old worn out brood fish from the hatchery I guess. It sure wasn't as healthy as those Taneycomo rainbows I was catching a few weeks ago.
