Feathers and Fins Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I know nothing. Sergeant Schultz. Stop dating some of us who know who that is. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
5bites Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Oh. My. I just gave away way too much information. (Alec Guiness voice in Star Wars - You heard nothing.) Ha ha ha! I mean as a general rule how far up lake is what you would consider walleye territory. I doubt I ever fish for them on purpose because I'm usually to aggravated at bass to try and figure out another species.
bfishn Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Yeah, I saw a guy ask who Linda Ronstadt was... I fugured they taught that in school... whadda I know? I can't dance like I used to.

Hey I had some Drifters playing the other day and some kids asked who it was when I told them they said cool we will have to check them out and see them in concert. I so wanted to slap them. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Members Chris Musick Posted June 20, 2014 Members Posted June 20, 2014 So, I've been wanting to get into walleye, I have a few problems tho. A-no boat, ....that's really about it lol. I've never fished for anything other than crappie whites and bass. Anyone know any locations, baits or what not? And dumb down the terminology because I've not been at this but for maybe a year and a half.
bfishn Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Youll be hard pressed to catch walleye from the bank on TR until at least January. Find somebody with a boat that needs a buddy and buy the worms. I can't dance like I used to.

Might not be as many walleye as you work your way down river, but there's less pressure on the walleyes that swim in that area.
5bites Posted June 21, 2014 Posted June 21, 2014 Awesome. Thank you. I'll be down for a few days next weekend a few miles up river from eagle rock. I doubt I try for them but I'd like to get a few by accident anyway.
