I have been checked more times than I can count, all over AR and some in MO, might be because of the tats and the beat up boats and vehicles I own... Our boat was checked twice in the same trip by different AGFC boats, each with three agents in them, right in the middle of the most explosive boils of white bass and hybrids I've ever witnessed on Greer's Ferry. They were going through all the motions painfully slow while fish were busting everywhere. I think were just jealous that day.

Never checked for a license but did get a warning for expired plates parked at Bennett one time. Guilty as charged. The funny thing was, my car had been parked for about 4 hours and when we got to it, a seemingly flustered park ranger appeared mad that he had to wait that long to track me down, me being the violent scofflaw that I was. Basically stammered out that he'd been watching my car for hours! Major steakout for my expired plates. I was surprised he hadn't called in the choppers to look for me. After Barney pulled away, everyone in the area was laughing and scratching their heads about the whole thing.

Yeah the park police at Bennett freaked out on me once and made a huge deal out of me letting my daughter and her friend ride on the tailgate from the high bank hole to the park store. Doubt that I exceeded 10mph and its only about 50 yards.

It freaked the girls out pretty bad....which pissed me off and I got real lippy about then. That didn't help matters any. I'm probably lucky they didn't charge me with EWC and take me to the Dallas co. Hotel.

It cost me 450.00 to have the failure to properly restrain charges knocked down to a simple seat belt fine (10.00)

Pretty freaking ridiculous! I've only been back a couple times since then, and my daughter doesn't even like to go anymore. She brings that up every time anyone mentions the place.

Bad dad I guess. It was a fun trip until all the lights and sirens went off.

Wow, had to laugh at that. Why did he even care?
