Ham Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I guess the one question I would ask Ned first would be how cold does the water have to be before the Ned Rig quits working?. I'll do a little experimenting on my own this fall/early winter. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
