Hey Fisherpeoples- Plateau Fly Shop & Missouri Spirits House in association with Pig Farm Ink are hosting an Iron Fly Event down at Missouri Spirits House @ 507 W. Walnut, Springfield, MO on Nov. 29th from 5-10 pm. There is Free Admission and a bunch of door prizes including:

Brad Bohen and Brian Wise are going to be there serving cocktails! Or not, but they will be there.....

The actual Iron Fly Event is a concept based on Iron Chef where you get a mystery box of ingredients and create your own dish. Well, with Iron Fly you get a mystery bag of materials and you create your own fly. Said fly does not have to be fishable. It just has to be creative. So, every skill level of fly tier is welcome to attend. And, we will show you the basics of how to tie if you are not a tier. Everyone is welcome and this event will be a hoot. All materials, vises, etc. will be provided.

Grand Prize for the Iron Fly will be a:

TFO 10th Anniv. Special Edition 8'6" #5 Fly Rod W/ Tube
The Evening's Event is to Include:
Iron Fly
Geofish, Connect, and Other Fly Fishing Videos on MSH's 9'x16' Big Screen

The venue is located at 507 W. Walnut which is just East of Caspers or just West of the Square on Walnut. Under 21 years of age are welcome as we will ID. Women are even welcome to attend!
Come on down, drink from Missouri Spirits distilled goodness and have a time. Hope to see ya there!
