it is actually elam creek. not for sure if i spelled it right. most do refer to it as sawmill though. the actual sawmill is the next pocket downstream. and, back in "yesteryear" fletcher's devil dive resort was in the actual sawmill pocket.

Bo, You are correct, the actual name of that creek is Elm, who's the guy that lives up the hill?

The fish is a walleye, I think. Looks a little worse for wear.

If I am correct about your location, the semi-bluff end point on the same side of the cove you are standing on has given up both bass and walleye over five pounds for me. Oddly both came on a crawdad wiggle wart, but in different Springs.

That would be it. It's a neat creek especially after a good rain. Has plenty of water in it too. I wish I could afford the house on that point you mentioned.
