Macsimus Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Customer service being what it is these days, I am always so pleasantly surprised when I'm on the receiving end of service that is clearly "above and beyond". Last Sunday morning, I sent a note to Dave (dtrs5kprs) expressing interest in ordering some of his Ned Rig (aka Varmint Rig) jigs. To make a not-so-long-story short, they arrived in my mailbox yesterday (ie, Wednesday). The entire transaction was such an enjoyable one that I think I will not mind too much if and when I lose these jigs in the rocks and have to reorder more. I will have ample opportunity shortly. My thanks Dave for your excellent customer service! InPiney, ness and JRD 3 "There was a time that I didn't fish, but I cannot remember it."
Quillback Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Yeah but where are the free T-shirts? All kidding aside, I agree, Dave is a pleasure to do business with.
Terrierman Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Exact same experience here. Plus the jigs really are very nice.

Need to find a good price on jerseys . You are all far too kind, and I appreciate your interest and purchases. OldMillRoad 1
Members UncleB Posted February 5, 2015 Members Posted February 5, 2015 I also had the pleasure of exchanging e-mails with Dave which led to me ordering his jigs. Very responsive and efficient. So when are the jerseys coming out. Lol Bruce Etter
Members JRD Posted February 5, 2015 Members Posted February 5, 2015 I would agree with everyone above. Less than a week from order to I got my jig heads. Dave is great...
Champ188 Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 JER-SEYS! JER-SEYS! JER-SEYS!!! Hey, in your search for those, please make sure you find a company that has them in 5XLT. Takes a lot of cloth to cover everything that needs to be covered on me! Besides, the bigger the jersey, the more logos I can splash on there of companies that I may or may not actually be sponsored by. All kidding aside, I also recently bought some heads from Super Dave (or is it Disco Dave?) and could've sworn he drove them down to Arkansas himself. Great product from an even better guy. Breakfast at Ma's Place someday soon, Dave.

Champ188 Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Huh? They fiddled with Ma's Place? Have not been to Kimberling City in quite awhile, obviously. What's the deal?

I find this disconcerting, unless they took over the boat dealership and reopened room in the lot for boats. Details please.
