Order Penzy's Italian dressing base. Use it with Red wine or white wine vinegar and olive oil per jar instructions then adjust to taste. Problem solved and really tasty.

Penzy’s Ranch base is delish as well if you like that(my wife does).  Lots of goodies they carry.  (Disclaimer: the emails from the owner can be slightly politically slanted)
