Daryk Campbell Sr Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I decided to do some frying. It turned out ok, but the spatter!! I need to do my pan frying outside. Maybe in a tall sided pot wirh shallow oil. Also, electric stove tops are horrible for keeping/holding heat. Chicken fried chicken. I opted not to (forgot to) make the packet gravy the skilled may see it in the first picture. I double breaded it, then let it sit for over 30 minutes in the refrigerator before frying. Turned out well. Still a little oily, probably because the grease was not hot enough. Walmart Ceasar salad kit and canned green beans. BilletHead 1 Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction.
