Ness add some feta cheese and a few calmata olives and I will arm wrestle you for it.

Hah! You know, I'm learning to add some non-veggie stuff to spruce up salads. Can't see it in the picture but there are some craisins in there. Also been adding some sliced almonds. A little texture, crunch or chew makes it better!

I don't buy kalamata olives because I'll eat the whole jar once it's opened. ?

Yup. Not too bad.

So, I got broccoli rabe from the CSA yesterday. Anybody know what to do with it? Honestly, this is one of the fun things about the program -- getting new stuff to try.

Also, spring onions, lettuce, radishes, chive plant and parsley plant.

Ness - You can't go wrong sautéing the broccoli rabe with a little minced or sliced garlic and olive oil. Salt and pepper.

Great in a stir fry.

Saute with garlic, mushrooms, and pecans.

I don't know how many sandwhiches you guys eat, but thin slices of radish take the WOW factor to 11!
