You know, I'm learning to add some non-veggie stuff to spruce up salads. Can't see it in the picture but there are some craisins in there. Also been adding some sliced almonds. A little texture, crunch or chew makes it better! I don't buy kalamata olives because I'll eat the whole jar once it's opened. ? John

So, I got broccoli rabe from the CSA yesterday. Anybody know what to do with it? Honestly, this is one of the fun things about the program -- getting new stuff to try.
