kjackson
Watched the weigh-in last night, and one of the fishermen, Walker maybe?, said he changed up to the Shadow Rap and caught the four fish he weighed. I think that was the only mention of a jerkbait bite--except that there wasn't one-- in both weigh ins. rogerdodger

Donna G
Powroznik has moved up on the leaderboard. I'd like to see Howell win back-to-back, but I wouldn't root against Powroznik either. Was fortunate to draw him in the FLW at Beaver earlier in his career. Super nice guy. Can flat bed fish. Let me tell you what a good guy he is. Trying to stay out of his way and make sure I didn't do anything to interfere with what he had going on. I finally catch a small spot and I'm measuring him. Having trouble deciding if he stretched. Without being asked, he stopped fishing and jumped down in the bottom of the boat. He flipped that fish a couple of times and fanned its tail until he was comfortable it reached before he went back to fishing. He was bedfishing in some serious cover and I didn't have many opportunities, but I got to go to the weigh-in of an FLW tournament with a keeper fish because of him. He even directed me to the bump board and stopped with me to measure the fish one more time before we went to the scales. Really fun watching it live. Hope I get to see the big Pow on video. jolicious 1 Donna Gilzow Bella Vista, Arkansas The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope. --John Buchan, 1915

dtrs5kprs
Think we all know how hard a front that comes through wet and calm can be on a clear lake. Finesse City when it gets like that. I'm sure the fast bait guys were excited thinking they would get some wind with the weather.
Quillback
Well live coverage is done, I wish they would keep it going until the fishing ends, maybe they will change that going forward. Bobby Lane made a move. And it's possible his weights could be sandbagged, it seems you never know, but if so, he could be in the lead.
