I understand the rants, not as educated in the full functionality of the MDC, COE, or the accounting of either. I have learned alot from this thread, and thank you all for the input. I would like to comment. I spent $26.00 for my fishing, small game permit with a trout stamp. I haven't hunted in 2 or 3 years and maybe get to fish 3 times a year. I will pay double and feel like I'm getting a bargain. I don't know what anyone earns per year on the forum, (not asking )but if it costs to much for the license, think about money spent on cable television, theme park tickets, alcohol, tobacco, elite coffee, etc. I have the opportunity to get food, and entertainment all year long for a 1 time fee of $26.00. By the way, I partake in most expenses referred to, not judging anyone's decisions.

Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction. (me)

I am the master of my unspoken words, and the slave to those that should have remained unsaid. (unknown)

I have no problem with the permit fees was only pointing out that MDC and all government could use a reality check on spending at the federal state and local level
