Guest Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I don't think there is enough flow now to push the mud that far. Maybe it will get a little past 412 bridge. I agree, but that means all of my best areas will be muddy. So, I'm going to wait a week & let it settle down before getting too serious. The muddy water should warm up faster though.
JohnF52 Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Forecast is for a week of high 50s to low 60s in afternoons. That might kick off the white bass run. Dan Sweeney 1
PigSooner Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 I'm heading out tomorrow AM, we will see.... Given my luck, if you see me head the other direction, that's where the fish will be.... Just happy to be getting on the water!
JohnF52 Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 I was out walking the neighborhood this afternoon, and heard a Spring Peeper, even though there is a little ice still around in the shade. White bass run is near. We should see the males up river in a few days. Dan Sweeney 1

JohnF52 Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Hopefully I can catch some fish this year before I have to start mowing at two places.
