ollie Posted May 14, 2015 Author Posted May 14, 2015 Update: Went down last night before they closed and picked up my new newer canoe! It was much better than the last one. I am happy with this one. Did see the other one for sale that I traded in on and yep, sure enough, that bow was right back to where it was. Definitely a blemished model now that I looked at it. I will say one thing about Southtown though, they did treat me right on the deal so I have nothing bad to say about them. I do have some harsh words about the traffic down there! darn, I would almost rather drive St. Louis traffic at rush hour on the outer belt than drive down there! That is some crazy traffic down there and to think how small those towns use to be when I was growing up. ness 1 "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
Terrierman Posted May 14, 2015 Posted May 14, 2015 That defect would for sure affect how the boat handled. Good that you got it taken care of.
