Macsimus Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 The Little Guy catches 'em up here in MN too. Quillback, J-Doc, Daryk Campbell Sr and 4 others 7 "There was a time that I didn't fish, but I cannot remember it."
dtrs5kprs Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Hard to beat. That is suspiciously off colored water...
Macsimus Posted May 2, 2015 Author Posted May 2, 2015 Hard to beat. That is suspiciously off colored water... Lol. Mississippi River in St. Paul. Not much of a wilderness experience but the only legal water until 5/9. "There was a time that I didn't fish, but I cannot remember it."
dtrs5kprs Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Kind of figured it was the river. Has that man made look in the background. Mind your lower.
magicwormman Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 I'm convinced the little guy can catch em anywhere. It's like my swimming worm, if they're shallow they can be caught. The major difference is the Ned work all year long. Not sure how it would do ice fishing.

Since you guys turned me on to it down there In March, I have caught LM, SM, Spotted, Crappie, Bluegill, Sauger, Northern Pike, and a nice "Sheep of the Deep". Donna G Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Works on 10-lb flatheads, too. Bed fish like it, as do walleyes. Macsimus 1 Donna Gilzow Bella Vista, Arkansas The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope. --John Buchan, 1915
Daryk Campbell Sr Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Welcome back home Cal.
