Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted June 8, 2015 Root Admin Posted June 8, 2015 they shut the flood gates this morning. Steve Dickey said they did it slowly so the lake came down slowly. He said the fish are still biting even though the water temp dropped. I'll be back from KC later tonight - have to see for myself tomorrow. Ralda 1

Members ALLSTAR1 Posted June 9, 2015 Members Posted June 9, 2015 Friends fishing today reported heavy water flow but very good fishing in upper Lake Taneycomo.
JestersHK Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I finally made it down... Fished the outlets a bit, and landed my first Brown of the season and 3 smaller rainbows jigging an olive drab maribou down from outlet 1. My BIL landed a couple nice rainbows on a San Juan worm. Heading back out today, and going to head up to Phils to see a man about a boat! Good fishing but water is still moving fast.
Members Teamasgrow Posted June 9, 2015 Members Posted June 9, 2015 This is good news! I am headed down the 13th-16th and am hoping the water isn't screaming so I can fish off of the docks!
Aggressor1988long Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Coming down Saturday how many units are running?
JestersHK Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 2 units still flowing. Just got out of the water. Fish were hitting sculpin jigs and san juan worms still pretty good.
