Priceless!! I took my two boys fishing with me at a very early age. My youngest just loved it. He would be fishing by the ramp as I took my boat off the water. I had to pry him away. Now, he is 19 yrs old and we go to Canada every year and fish for a week together. My favorite week of the year. Thanks for sharing your story. Brought a tear to my eye!! Nothing better than getting to fish with your son.

SmithvilleSteve that's awesome. It's funny about your son would fish by the ramp as you would load your boat my son does the same thing. It takes me doing some bribing to get him away so we can leave lol. The outdoors and this lake we love has kept me out of alot of trouble as a young man. I'm really hoping the same works for both my boys.

Magicwormman we both though he had a good keeper on. He was all smiles I netted it and he said "daddy that's not a bass. I laughed and said " it is just not the kind we are looking for". That little ol white bass faught like a champ tho like they always do lol. 

    I think your right and I'm lucky to have 2 wonderful beautiful boys o yeah and a wife that understand's what it means to mean to teach them both the heritage of fishing.
