Donna and I launched at 7 a.m. and persevered until 3:30 p.m. Ended up with 22 total, including 5 keepers for about 12 pounds. Crank bait and War Eagle blade in the wind did the damage.

Water temps 78-80 degrees. All bites came in 15 feet of water or less.

My bad. I despise jargon as much as anyone but am still guilty of using it at times.

Hey 5, we actually had a slam ... brown, green, spotted and a meanie. But mostly they were brown.
