. I have a 2002 tracker boat with a 2002 75 mercury. It generally runs perfectly starts right up and planes out perfect. But every now and the it won't rev all the way up and plane out. I just bought this boat this spring and it had been sitting for 2 years prior. Doed anyone have any advice?

Today it started fine but it idled very rough while trolling and it would never turn above 3500 rpm trying to plan out any help would be greatly appreciated

I thought Wrench would have seen this by now. He will know.

I would start with fuel lines - if it sat that long.

Good luck - nothing worse than a motor that does run right.

On a float trip and not checking in as often as usual

Oh and if it says I'm not accepting PM's I don't know how to fix that.   I've gotten PM's from others recently.  Hmm.

I wouldn't bother a man on a float lol. What's the name of your shop in loz. I'm new around here. The fuel has been drained and fresh premium with mercury treatmentioned added.
